Avoid Extended Storage: While Kansa is non-toxic and generally non-reactive, prolonged contact with acidic or salty foods may cause surface discoloration. Avoid storing food in Kansa utensils for more than 2–3 hours to preserve their finish and shine.

Cleaning Method: Use a Scotch-Brite pad with mild liquid detergent to clean the utensils. Rinse thoroughly and dry immediately with a soft cloth to maintain their shine.

Dishwasher Use: Kansa utensils are generally dishwasher safe. However, to retain their luster and prevent dulling, use a gentle cycle and avoid harsh detergents. Hand washing with mild soap and warm water is recommended for best results.

General Care:

• Seasoning for Protection: (Optional but beneficial) Seasoning creates a thin protective layer that helps reduce tarnish. Choose a seasoning method
  appropriate to your cookware.
• Drying is Essential: Always ensure the utensils are completely dry before storage. Avoid moisture exposure to prevent oxidation.
• Avoid Harsh Environments: Refrain from exposing bronze to extreme heat, acidic substances, or strong chemicals.
• Natural Patina: Over time, Kansa develops a natural patina, which is a harmless, antique-like finish that enhances its beauty and character.
